The Chattanooga I-O Psychology Team was developed by graduate students in I-O Psychology at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology is the scientific study of employees, workplaces, and organizations. I-O efforts include improving workplace performance through selection and recruitment, teams and teams, training and development, organizational development, leadership, strategic human resources, and scientific methods. applied learning.
Our Mission Statement: The Chattanooga Industrial and Organizational Psychology Group (CHAIOP) is a network of students, professionals, and scholars with similar educational and career interests in Chattanooga, TN. The purpose of this group is to strengthen the connection of local I-O psychologists in the Chattanooga area. CHAIOP organizes and hosts educational and social events that allow members to meet, network and gain knowledge about the scientific and applied aspects of the field.
